This dynamic and demanding whole body workout uses Ten’s trademark dynamic flow to develop postural alignment, strength, endurance and muscular balance.
While this is a beginner’s session it won’t be easy. This floor-based workout is harder, more dynamic and functional than traditional mat Pilates, and requires core and muscular strength.
