This session shows how you can use a Pilates Reformer to work the Pelvic Floor muscles, but includes tips on how to do all the same exercises at home without one.
We work through a series of mat-based floor exercises suitable for women (and men) of all ages, focused on Pelvic Floor strengthening, the core, the glutes and breathing.
